NJSZT Gyöngyös

Let’s do something to spread digital knowledge of writing in a wider and wider range! So we have founded the Gyöngyös organisation of Neumann János computer science company. The common aim of our founding members is to help the increasing of the informatical knowledge of young people. It is unimaginable to connect into the informatical society without digital knowledge of writing, that’s why informatical education, training and language learning has an important role. It is important also in the field of adult training as we have to take part in further training continually. To be able to spread informatical culture we launched Hungarian Internet Media and Web Prize in 2008, that found a favourable acceptation. Even people living over the border entered the competition with home pages written in Hungarian. The competition also will be organized in the year 2009 and among the many new applicants we were glat to register those ones who again handed in their application. Not in vain because from the winners of year 2008 could again take away prizes who thouht of the way signed by themselves seriously.

According to the requirements of adult training law it is a service attaching to adult training that aims to help to create trainings which are „tailor made” proper for the individuals, to improve efficiency of trainings and to help to find a job. Its forms are measuring knowledge formerly gained, giving advice for job orientation and correct measuring needs for training and giving advice for finding a workplace and teaching technics for finding a job.

Talent development

We keep it very important to develop talents and to ensure wide range of equal chances. Our partner is the foundation for the education and culture of Gyöngyös which joining the National Talent Care Council created the Talent Point the basic idea of which is searching for, helping and mentoring young talents. Our aim is to create such a financial and scientific basis which makes It possible:

-          to help the educational institutions of the settlements belonging to Gyöngyös and its vicinity, to recognize talents,

-          to ensure personal methodoligal and objective conditions for successful teaching in order to reach proper level (of course not only educational institutions belong to this circle but also trainings at firms)

-          Supporting those students and employees in studying who have outstanding results

-          Supporting self-activity student communities and the organisations of them.

-          To create scientific and cultural centre

We take part in this task – our main aim is to support talents in the field of informatics, information technology and languages.

As it is well known, demographical trends show a stable decreasing in the number of children and young people. Besides also other unfavourable processes can be recognized, unfortunately about 5% of children do not finish primary school till the age of 16. Many children and young people do not get the conditions necessary for the development of their character because of family or social circumstances. Parents have less and less time for their children, many times there is a lack of a sample to be followed, the sample which would be inevitable in socioculture, treatment, education or communication, the skills which could help to show the right way, to be able to fulfil proper parental role.

We make an effort to create the possibility for children and young people to be able to overcome their handicap, to decrease deviances meaning several risks – with trainings and organizing individual and collective programmes to develop their skills to be able to spend their free time in a useful way. Behind school failures many times there are problems in the families, communities or social problems, which cause further problems and many talented young people fail, they do not find their proper place.

During our work we not only deal with talent development but also with finding experts, sponsors and involving them into our work. We try to use the good geographical and social basis, our good professional relationship formed with the micro-, middle-, and large firms of the region, that includes using new professional issues, possibilities for applications, and showing the proper direction.

Aquiring the necessary skills and proper social samples our preparation and taking part in the world of work can be successful.
